Data we process

When an account owner connects TikTok or Instagram, the desktop application processes the account identifier, authorization token, granted permissions, creator settings, publishing status and public post URL needed for the requested workflow. It also processes campaign configuration, captions and video files supplied or approved by the owner.

How we use data

We use this data to authenticate the connected account, display current publishing choices, transmit content after explicit creator authorization, monitor processing, prevent duplicate operations and submit a public post URL to a campaign portal selected by the owner.

TikTok data

Before a TikTok Direct Post, the application requests current creator information so it can display the correct account, available privacy choices, interaction settings and maximum video duration. The creator can edit the caption and must choose privacy and commercial disclosure before approving the upload.

Storage and sharing

Credentials, tokens and workflow records are encrypted or stored locally on the owner's Windows computer. Video data is shared with the selected social platform only after publication is authorized. Public post URLs may be shared with the configured campaign portal. Personal data is not sold or used for advertising.

Retention, revocation and deletion

The owner can revoke platform access at any time from the platform's account settings. Local tokens and workflow records can be removed from the desktop application. Temporary hosted media is removed after the platform retrieves it.
